What happens if an item is backordered or out of stock?
Sometimes an order may be backordered or out of stock by the store. If this is the case, we will notify you and ask if you wish to cancel the backordered item off the order or wait for the complete order to come in and then ship out. If you wish to cancel the backorder item, then we will send you a revised order with the recalculated shipping cost. If you wish otherwise, then there will be a 30 day maximum wait for your backorder item before shipping your total order, if your backorder item has not arrived in those 30 days then we can either ship out your remaining items or cancel entire order.

Can I cancel or change my order?
As Globalshopex provides a service and is a separate entity from the store, cancelations and changes of your order can be done as long the order has not been shipped from the merchant.

What are my payment options?
Payment options include credit card, PayPal, MoneyGram or bank transfer via our secure website. If there is suspicion of fraud then an email will be sent notifying or requesting supporting documentation. If we receive no answer after 7 working days from when the notified email was sent then the order will be cancelled. All order verification is for your protection.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. .

What are my shipping and handling Fees?
Shipping and handling fees are automatically calculated by our system upon checkout. Your total purchase, including shipping and handling, will be provided before you submit your order. Occasionally, there are situations out of our control such as, out-of-stock items, product price increase additional international shipping fees due to the size and weight of your items and local customs and import limitations. If such an exception occurs, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team.

International Shipping Transit Times
Globalshopex will get your items to your doorstep as quickly as possible. As soos as your items arrive at our Miami Hub, shipping times are::

STANDARD SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 10-15 business days.
PRIORITY SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 5 -10 business days.

We are not responsible for shipping delays from the merchant to our Globalshopex hub or for any customs (tax & duty) delays.

What are the refunds, returns and exchange policies?
Returns, refunds and exchanges will be accepted based on the merchant's policies. You must contact GlobalShopex to submit this request. You will receive detailed return instructions from our Globalshopex customer service team. All orders are subject to the return policy of the online store where your items were purchased. Many stores have restricted time limits for returns, or may not accept returns or exchanges at all. Therefore, your order may not be eligible for return or exchange. In addition, any delays by the shipping carrier, customs, or any other cause may affect your order's eligibility for return. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original Globalshopex receipt or invoice. Please not that if the merchant applies a restocking or returns/exchange fee, this will apply to your order.

Refund:If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the merchandise purchase price, minus shipping cost of the merchandise back to the store we purchased it from on your behalf, and any return or restocking fees that are charged by the store which you purchased from. Your refund will not be issued until the item is accepted and refunded by the store.

Exchange: If you request an exchange, they will be handled per order basis depending on the merchant's policies. You will pay for all shipping fees including domestic shipping to and from the store. We will bill you via your original payment method for any additional charges incurred.
